From the moment I submitted the list of items I would be moving, until the moment they delivered my worldly possessions to my new home, I received the most exceptional customer service. I chose Fox Moving because the sales woman was very thorough in her listing of what was to be moved. She explained everything I was paying for so I knew there would be no surprises or hidden costs later on. The movers were friendly, they didn't rush, they took time to wrap my expensive belongings and they even set up my furniture when they delivered it. They wrapped my bicycle in moving blankets and also fragile packed the glass top on my dining table. Everything arrived safely and in the delivery window. When they delivered my possessions it was a rainy morning but they still arrived with smiles on their faces and weren't annoyed by the fact that they had to work in the rain. From the beginning to the end they made sure that the whole move went smoothly and with zero problems. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance and excellent customer service!
