I am a mother of three kids, so you can imagine that having to deal with a move is just the last thing I want to deal with. I got a call from Frontier as well as from a lot of other companies. Frontier stood out cause they were straight up about everything: the insurance, extra charges, even about tape and other charges.
The woman on the phone explained it to me so well! We got through all of it in 1 phone call and after I just called in to update my file it was all done correctly and sent to me to look it over. It was done perfectly right and during my move I only had 2 large boxes extra, because the woman on the phone really helped me to find out how many boxes I would probably take to Florida. They seem to have a lot of experience calculating these things. I am here now with my three kids and all of my belongings were brought here without scratches. I am so happy. It was such a relief to have this all happening without hassle or trouble on the way. I am really happy I chose Frontier and I would recommend other people to do the same!!!
