The movers from full service van lines were very skilled, just like the ones you get from many other moving companies. They were punctual, strong and efficient. I have no issues with them while they moved my stuffs from Saint Petersburg, FL to Lansing, MI. But what separated full service van lines from other moving companies to me was their customer service. I mean, how many moving companies would call you after a move asking you how the move went? It was just amazing the way they kept me in the loop throughout the moving process. They really gave me a good deal. The man on the phone, Terry, was very informative and helpful.
