This has been the best move experience ever! I have moved 7 times in the past 10yrs.. Needless to say, I was terrified to work with movers again. My company offered to pay a portion of the move which enticed me to hire a mover as opposed to doing it myself. A friend had used Full Service Van Lines in the past and recommended I give them a call. I had already spoken to 2 other companies but once I contacted FSVL I was immediately more comfortable working with them. The sales staff was very caring, easy to get hold of, and took a lot of time working with me to put me at ease. Once I booked I was still able to work with my assigned rep every time I needed something or had a question. I was loaded and delivered within 8 days. I got everything I was promised and ended up paying less for my move because the cf ended up being less. I will refer Full Service to everyone that is moving! They did a great job! DOREEN S.
