Started off I received a moving quote from paul the sales agent. It sounded to good to be true and it was. We went over my inventory and i was very upfront with what I had. I told him I had large boxes, he qouted me with the smallest boxes available. My itens were picked up within a couple of days. My price for the move went from about 900 to about 1800. I was told that my items would be stored in texas, because that's where they based out of. It wasn't, the items were still in Chicago. I was told that my shipment would be 7 to 10 business days from the time I contacted them, it took me 4 business days, just to get to a person. Then add about 12 business days at that point. I could not get an eta, at all. I started contacting them June 13, did not receive my items until June7. They have the worse customer service, I have ever experienced. Next my items were loss, searched the moving truck to find. Contacted customer service again, they told me I had to file a claim online, argued did that. Waited patiently because the person told me it could take up to 30 days. Contacted them back, I had an email sent to me from an outside insurance company in my junk mail. Sounds about right poor customer service. Now I'm completing the claim form, wanting an inventory of what is missing. Very vague, can't read so called sticker numbers, to file a claim. Then they want monetary amount for claim. I don't want money I just want my shit. My items missing belong to my children, trophies. bracket boards and all my wall photos, that I have had for years. Do not use this company ever!!!!! I will never, and I repeat from now on I will move myself. I would still have my valuables.
