I spent few days researching several moving companies and Go East Movers had pretty darn good reviews so I hired them to move my storage content from New York to California. The whole process was finished in a week’s time and that's because it was a pretty long distance to cover. They loaded my stuff into a good looking VAN because that was exactly what was my requirement; in terms of my goods to be transported. I watched them stack the boxes in the truck and they did it pretty easily. It looked really neat and I was sure the stacking would insure I would have no damage at all. Honestly, customer service was great and they were very co-operative from the very start. I wasn't able to get in touch with their dispatcher during the first evening but they were quick to respond the next morning. The next morning they said that the office was closed for Sunday night, and it was very understandable that I was expecting too much. The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they delivered without damaging. And I saw few reviews that were complaining about loads of damage and theft. I never had any sort of damage or theft and that is more important than little things that are a part of the moving process.
