I never thought that when you put your information online that it would be replicated by many other companies. I thought it was a simple process, so when the first the company called me and gave me a price I reserved right away and gave them a deposit. To me the price sounded correct, I thought that was that. Well after this enquiry the phone never stopped ringing and then I spoke with Camilla. She was surprised that I had already booked a mover and I explained that I thought it was as simple as giving some information about my move. She explained the moving industry to me and gave me useful information about her company. After that I realised that the company with which I had made a commitment was just a broking company and was charging me double the price. I thank God that Camilla spoke with me. I did manage to get my deposit back from the broker and then I reserved with Go East Movers because their rep was honest and straight forward and backed up all information with websites and put everything in writing for me. Thank you GEM for all your great assistance and understanding.
