This is a snippet from the last email sent to their office: Nathan, Alex, your boss or I have no idea what is his role, has he completed the investigation? I was treated very disrespectful using F words and speculating about me having nothing to do for the day, did not allow me to explain as he was continuously bombarding stating that he has not finished for over 10 minutes and finally made me listen to everything he intended to throw at me, having taken my $95.00 as deposit, fraudulently brought a truck with less than 800 cubic feet with lots of packing material filled in the truck, Jose tried to fool us, does not return calls and still claims to be very professional. The Driver Jose calculated all of these and fled the scene giving false excuse. I am still holding up all of the items without looking to go with any other mover and I am entitled to get an investigation answer. The contract still is in breached state. Conversation and agreement with James, Agreeing to pay what was demanded to Benny including signing an insurance waiver form to all the articles and off course, Jose, who disappointed with his manipulative tactics, which did not work and he became upset. Now I am waiting. If you are not wanting to answer, just say you do not want to answer. Thanks, Bharath. Beware: Measurements taken in foot & inches of the space in the truck. Cubic feet calculation must be done in decimal system to arrive at total cubic feet. Example: 13' 3"" (Depth); 7' 9'' (Height); 7' 7'' (Width) at the rear end availability for a contract of 800 cf. The Driver multiplied these figures as is 13.3 times 7.9 times 7.7 and said he has over 800 cf space, which is incorrect math. Here is the correct calculation: 13' 3'' translates to decimal system as 13.25; 7' 9'' translates to decimal system as 7.75 and 7' 7'' translates to decimal system as 7.583. If you multiply 13.25 times 7.75 times 7.583 equals 778.714 cf, which is less than contracted 800 cf. Also another deduction of about 15 - 20 cf should be done for the rear end due to the door limitations, thus resulting even lesser than 778.714. I do not know about other movers and this is my first move attempt went bitter. The guys are trained to fool general public who do not know about these decimal conversions. These guys fraudulently manipulate the numbers. When cross verified with the specifications of the "Budget Rental" truck, the specification does not support their fake measurements. Stop doing business with companies like Go Pro Vanlines.
