This company is the absolute worst! Today is our moving day. Nathan V. Called shortly after 9am after we stayed up all night packing and said the truck broke down. Sorry I'm not a miracle worker, we will only take $ 200 off the move. I explained we had a newborn and 11 year old and 200 wouldn't even cover a last minute hotel. You don't need to be a miracle worker, just run a business that you say you do, and don't have such a cave lire attitude when you fuck up....
Nathan's reply " well you can find another mover" believing they had us by the " balls" we agreed to reschedule. Then started calling around got a new company to pick us up today for only 50 more than go pro quoted for a 1 mo old reservation. So glad this was the extent our dealings with this broker..... Horrible company!
