Choosing Gold Coast Relocation to move my household goods was the worst mistake of my life. They never informed me they are a Broker nor did they inform me or state on the contract that they hire other moving companies that incur additional cost above and beyond the agreed amount. As soon as I learned of this, I contacted Gold Coast Relocation the following day, since the move happened on Sunday and after numerous attempts to reach them via telephone or email, they failed to return any of my messages to help explain or offer guidance as to why I had to pay nearly $1K more. Please if you value your time, money and sanity, please DO NOT choose this company. They only want your money and will disappear as soon as they get it. It's been a nightmare plus waiting nearly a month for my goods to deliver from NY to WA. Worst mistake of my life.
