I used Graebel for my move from Sammamish WA to College Station, TX in July. My MOVE COORDINATOR was Mark Papworth and the MOVE ID was 2724457. I paid for the full price replacement option because they promised that they would pay full replacement price for the damaged items. I believed that they were good established company. But, I am shocked to see how they treated the whole move. First, their staff at the destination (there were only two people) were very unprofessional, impolite, and incompetent. One of the two moving people was always on phone during the move. Hence, he could use only one hand for carrying the items. As a result, the boxes were regularly falling from his hands. I was hoping that Graebel would pay for the damages. But, their claim department is even worse. They declined claims for some items (such as a particleboard computer table) because they had written about it in small letters somewhere in the contract. Hence, I forgot about it. However, the most outrageous denial was the claim for patio furniture umbrella. When they picked it from Sammamish, it was in perfect condition in my backyard. When they brought it to College Station, it was broken. Afterwards, it was lying outside in rain and sun. Now, they say they can'y pay for it because it is rusted. It is rusted well after it was broken, so I don't see any correlation. Similarly, they bent the top of a metal cabinet. During delivery, the driver accepted that they put something on top of it by mistake. Now they also declined the claim for that. My remaining claim is for around $295. Now they have sent me an arbitration form where I need to pay $500 minimum fee. They are just trying to cheat by crook means. They are not even ready to talk about the issue. I am really frustrated with them.
