Hello fellow reviewers,
I wanted to take a few minutes to let the readers know that Grand Express was world class. I never would have chosen them if it wasnt from a combination of reviews, price, reputation and ofcourse Mitchell the sales guy.
When my husband asked me to find a moving company for our move to Tennessee I did what anyone else would do and I put my information into some database, next day I was flooded with phone calls (oops). I was over whelmed and was not expecting it to be cut throa (moving is hard, you shouldnt be hard on your potential clients). Mitchell was understanding and helped us with out being pushy or annoying.
We moved from New Jersey where we lived our entire lives and it was pretty sad to leave but I knew that we needed to find a good company. Horror stories or not, I was not going to let that happen to us, so I did my research and Mitchell helped me with the research even gave us a ton of advice. We decided to go with Grand Express because everything seemed just right with them.
On the move day which was March 11th the crew arrived and they were everything we hoped for in movers. The were Reasonably priced. Professional. Responsive. Organized. Quick. Attentive. Courteous.
too summarize, I am glad that I found the right company for my large home long distance move. They were so professional and genuine about the whole move.
