I have never been so upset when dealing with someone. They were two hours late and instead of apologizing for being late, this Rudy person got out of his truck and accused me of treating him like shit..his words verbatim. I told him I was on a tight schedule and he threatened to leave (which he did) because I wasn't happy because they were late. I had to initiate each call to ask where they were?. I called to speak with a supervisor, but every time I called he was coming in later and later. The driver decided to come back, apologized profusely, but for me, first impressions are everything. They were done in an hour and a half, but he left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Don't know if I'll use them again. I have yet to hear from a supervisor, but I really didn't expect too.
