DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Maggie from Great American Van Lines (GAVL) quoted me a $1300. I then shrunk my final inventory to about 3/4 of what I had originally supplied to Maggie and the movers (another compnay - not GAVL) charged me an extra $200 at $1500 total. I called to expres my complaint/concern and was told by Tony (who is the manager) that I was "one of the worst customers he had ever worked with for calling in over such a small amount of money". He then proceeded to raise his voice and tell over me "you know you're worse than the indians we have to move!" I told him that he was being racist and he again yelled over me "I'm not being racist! You know what I'm sick and tired of you! You can figure this out on your own!" and he hung up on me. This experience was awful and very disrespectful.
