contacted All My Sons to unload moving van in Florida. Originally quoted $109 to start and $109 per hour. Scheduled for 1:00 p.m. AMS called changed to 4:00. 4:00 no show. 4:30 contacted AMS. AMS rescheduled to 7:00 p.m. AMS called, cancelled for the day rescheduled for following morning, demanded deposit. I was NEVER told a deposit was required. I voiced concern about paying a deposit as they had yet to show up. Office personnel then informed me there was a minimum of three hours labor due of $350.00 which, once again, I was NEVER told this. Office personnel was extremely rude. Bottom line - AMS left us stranded with a moving van full of furniture.
