DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. Everything was scheduled and prepared for our move from New Jersey to Philadelphia over the phone. We were scheduled to have everything loaded into their truck, then delivered and unloaded in Philadelphia on the same day. This was confirmed and gone over MULTIPLE times before our move day. They even said the crew works until the job is done, no matter what time, since I am paying for them hourly. On the day of my move, they were scheduled to be there at 1pm. They didn't show up until 2:30-3pm. If you've ever moved out of an elevator building, you know you can only have the elevators reserved for a certain period of time, so this was a bad start. The movers were in a terrible mood, and were insistent that they only LOAD the truck that day, and not deliver until the NEXT day. Then, they made ME talk to their boss about why they have to deliver same day, rather then the next morning. Why is this even a question, this is why I hired you! The crew's excuse was that they were too tired to drive to Philadelphia because their boss gave them a big job in the morning. They didn't feel like working late that night, but they wouldn't tell their boss this, they told me it was my problem. After an hour of debate, they finally started working. At this point it was going on 4pm. The truck got packed and they left, only to show up over an hour late to Philadelphia (around 11pm). After unloading and leaving, I turn on my 4 month old flat screen TV and it was broken. The screen was green and nothing would display. I had just been watching it that morning before the move, so obviously it was damaged in commute. I filed a claim and they would not cover the damage because "TV's tend to have a certain lifespan before they break, so it's not our fault." They also broke my grill, and charged me double what my quoted estimate was. Overall, they were the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. They were late, incompetent, unfriendly, a hassle to deal with, not liable for any mistakes, and terrible to communicate with (very broken English). Honestly, if I ever were to move again, and there are no other moving companies available, I would rather move my entire house by myself using a small car then ever hire them again. Moving can be a very hectic time in your life, so save yourself from additional stress and hire someone else.
