When they were about to move all my belongings, suddenly without any notice the elevator stopped working!! So, the movers had to move everything using the stair ways from the 6th floor. I was afraid of the situation. There were many heavy and fragile items. But the movers did great to move everything smoothly. Though had to work more than what they were assigned to but they still managed to complete the move within the allotted time and surprisingly did not charge a single penny for the extra effort. That is why I tipped them. I am really happy with their commitment and dedication. This company deserves to be the top ranked company.
