My experience with Great American Van Lines was outstanding. My older son had put his furniture in storage 3 years ago in Tolland, CT. After a long illness, he passed away. Great American Van Lines worked with me to keep the storage in place until I was able to send for it. When I called to make arrangements to have the furniture sent from Tolland to New Orleans, they went to the max to help me arrange transporting at the least cost to me. The office employees were always nice, informative and helpful. The 3 drivers of the truck were very helpful and respectful in handling the furniture. Everything arrived in excellent condition and damage free. They called me from the road to let me know where they were and how long it would be before they would reach the delivery area, making my time more useful. I have nothing but praise for everyone at Great American. I do not know Great American was recommended to my son when he was in Tolland or if he was just very lucky in his choice, but I highly recommend them to anyone in their area of operation. Their professionalism and integrity cannot be matched. Thank You Great American Van Lines for everything.
