At first I was skeptical because I have heard a lot of stories about moving companies and the horrible service. Great American Van Lines really made this process a lot easier than I could ever imagine. David was the gentleman who came to my house and gave me an on-site estimate. My wife and I were quoted an affordable price for the entire transaction. When the men who performed the pick-up came they were very nice and helpful. The packing was perfect. All of our stuff was noted on the inventory. The amount of time between pick-up and delivery was very quick and convenient. We were notified of any changes or steps being taken. The delivery went well, all the items were accounted for and the items were in the same condition as when they left our old house.
