Hey, I just wanted to write this review and let everyone know about the great experience I had with Great American Van Lines, and that I would definitely use them again if I need to move, and would recommend them to anyone looking to move. from start to finish they were great, I put my information out on the internet to get free moving quotes, which I have to say, was a mistake to do, I was overwhelmed with phone calls and people pushing for my business, it was so overwhelming, but that said, I did receive a call from Great American, and the sales rep Nicole was very kind, and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything. She was very calm and explained everything to me, helped me out answered all my questions (unlike the other companies). So she gave me an estimate and set up my pickup date. The men arrived to do my pick up right when they said they would. My price was exactly what I was quoted. After carefully wrapping and packing my stuff they loaded my belongings and transported them to storage for 30 days (which they gave me for free) while I worked out all the detail with my new home. When I was ready they sent my belongings out for delivery and they arrived right in the time frame of when they said it would. They put everything in the appropriate rooms and reassembled everything. All in all it was a great move, and I will defiantly use them again if I have to move.
