I'm writing this review on behalf of Great American because I'm very happy with the manner in which they helped me out of a very stressful position. I had hired another company to transport my belongings to Miami FL and on the day of my move the company pretty much told me that they had no truck available to pick my stuff up. I had to be out of my home since I had already closed and the new family was planning on moving in the next day.. I spoke with several companies that were unable to help me thankfully I called Great American and the agent Jason was able to get me a crew of guys to come out and pick the stuff up. I know it was a pain moving someone at 7 or 8 p.m. but they didn't complain and wrapped everything nicely and were very very good. Anyone looking to move should call them they are stand up guys.
