Overall, I think the move went extremely well. I believe that Great American Van Lines did a great job of communicating at every level and that the shipment arrived in a timely manner. I think when dealing with an anxiety provoking/stressful move such as this, communication is key, and Nathan should receive an award for promptness. Great American Van Lines did an outstanding job on this end as well. There are a couple of things for which we will need to file an insurance claim, but that's why we get insurance :) But again, overall, we were really pleased with their service.
