Another outright lie from Green Van Lines

After we posted our review, Guy from Green Van Lines sent us an apologizing letter, emailed us and asked us to remove the review because it affected their business. We believed that people have the right to know and decided to leave the review as is. And then we received an email from the website informed us that Green Van Lines denied we were their customers and the review had been removed. After all these correspondence, for them to say that we were not their customers would be just another outright lie, and more evidence that they are not an honest business. We sent over all the proofs to the webmaster including the contract from Green Van Lines, a copy of the cashier check pay to the order of Green Van Line, the two completely different weight tickets that had nothing to do with one another, along with the apologizing letter from Green Van Lines. We were then informed that we now could re-post our review, so I did. I also filed a complaint to BBB (they said they NEVER had any complaint from the BBB). Unfortunately, because we did not ask for any compensation, they would not treat this as a case. If anyone who received the same treatment from Green Van Lines, please file your complaint to BBB so the truth will prevail.
I did my research prior to choosing the moving company. Unfortunately, we chose Green Van Lines because we did not see any negative reviews and now we know why. Please keep the review so others can learn the truth.
