Let me narrate you the reason for writing a review for my moving company. A day before my move the movers called me to confirm my pick up window for the next day. They arrived during that window and started to gather my belongings together. They did inform me that I had a few extra boxes (which I did) and had to charge me more. I was happy that they told me about this cost before they moved it on the truck so I could decide to keep it or not. There were no extra rates and the extra space I took was at the same price as they told me originally. (I’ve heard so many stories when I was researching that movers will give a higher rate on the pick up) the representative assured me that would not happen, and she kept her word.
