The guys were really nice. My move was small, but we moved stuff from and unloaded in 2 hours. There was no time wasting. At the end, they sat down with me, counted out the hours and tagged on no extra fees ,just charged me the hourly rate ($105 for three guys) that was quoted when I called the first time. The only fee beyond the hourly rate was for travel time to and from my place, and that fee had been disclosed up front on the phone with my estimate. They moved my stuff so fast that it was cheaper than the estimate (no guarantees that this will happen to you, but they weren't slacking is all I'm saying).
