DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Horrible, EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFFESIONAL
They are unreachable by phone or the mail boxes are full or they do not return calls
I moved from Texas to Mass. Things got picked up on 5/22/13.
I arrived in MA on 5/27/13. I called them on 5/28/13 with no answer. I left a message and
nobody called me back.
I made over 20 calls to them plus multiple emails.
No one was able to tell my where my things are and when it will be leaving Texas
I was given a run around.
Ken Coleman the sales person told me it takes 14 days then he said 14 business days.
He doesn't seems to know what it is.
Nikkole tells me that dispatch will call me.......NO ONE called me back.
Someone with a foreign accent left me a message on 6/15/13 that my belongings will be leaving 6/17/13....which was a LIE!
To make a long story short.
Someone called me on 6/26/13 only because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
It took 6 weeks for me to get my belongings!
My boxes are all squashed!
The only green about this company is that THEY TAKE your GREENS!!
