In the first place i must say that the sales representatives are very nice and great at offering services that the actuall movers DO NOT DO we were offered one price ;the stimate for our move was 1,400.00 $$ and at the moment of pick up because we add a few boxes the driver inform us that the prize was going to increase to 2,850 we had no choice at that point with half of our stuff already loaded in their truck and airplane tickets for the next day. Also the very nice telemarketer offered to delivered our things in about four days and they were delivered in 14 days.then we recieved boxes half open, with the content half destroyed, our refrigerator has severall bumped marks, our box spring was damaged, one ladder was lost, a tool box was damaged one droor is stuck one wheel doesnt move and the paint has several deep scractches, that is to mention a few things
The very great sales representative also offered ensurance for that price and thay make it look like is easy and safe but it has been two monts since our delivery date and because they require to fill form after form our insurance claim is still pending.
THEY PICK UP IN ONE TRUCK THEN THEY UNLOAD YOUR BELONGINS IN A STORAGE PLACE, AFTER A FEW DAYS THEY LOAD IT IN A DIFERENT TRUCK TO DELIVER IT TO YOU, IN THAT PROCES of moving things several times obviously with very little or no care things get damaged and at the and it is very frustating to see your furniture damaged everiday and to know that you paid thousands of dollars for a suposedly profesional moving company who did that.
