i had a very bad experience with Gaurdian moving systems ( Indiana ) and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I recently moved from Chicago to Charlotte. This company gave me a quote of $1840 after taking the item list from me. On pick up day, they asked for $3500 (almost double price than the original estimation), after lot of negotiation they removed a few glass items from the list and reduced price to $2500 that is still higher than the original estimates. They picked up my items on time, but they took almost 25 days to deliver my stuff in Charlotte. I used to follow up with them almost thrice a week but their response was not very positive. They said it may take 21 business days to deliver stuff in Charlotte, but before booking they were claiming that they will deliver the stuff with in 2-10 business days if the distance is less than 1000 miles.
On delivery date, my outstanding balance was $ 554 but they charged me $640. They lost my daughter's keyboard (casio), chair and the dining table chair was damaged. They broke my TV (which I moved myself from Chicago to Charlotte) while moving the furniture. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone in future
