Two destroyed antique lamp shades, and entire box of tools missing, half of my porcelain eagles were broken. Left a box that belonged to another family and was told that it was mine because it had my sticker on it. Movers clearly took a sticker off a box of mine, the missing one, and placed it over top the invoice sticker on the other box. Refused to take the box back or explain where my missing items were and why my things were broken. Claims offered $12 for the lamp shades only. Terrible company overall, terrible customer service. I highly recommend using a different company to assist you in your move.
