NEVER, EVER use this company. They initially gave me a price quote of 895.00 (silly me, I should've NEVER thought that moving from the West Coast to the East Coast would ever be that inexpensive). When the movers came to my apartment they had a quote of 1,135.00 when I was initially quoted 895.00. After arguing about the change in price, I was told that I have more items then what was initally quoted and that I could do one of two things (1) have the PROFESSIONAL take ALL of the items to a scale to have them weigh it then give me a price, or (2) have the PROFESSIONAL look around the apartment to give me a binding price. At that point I was given a binding price of 1,395.00. After all of the items were loaded onto the truck, and after signing my life away, giving a 60% deposit, two days later, I got a call from Hercules stating that after the items were brought to the warehouse, it will now cost 1,895.00.
