I had the pleasure of using Hercules Moving Company from Phoenix to the greater Detroit area a couple of months ago. The company rep, Lee, was very helpful with answering questions and making my move less stressful. With all moving companies there is bound to be conflicts, as moving is very over whelming. The movers were quick , polite and professional and delivery was within a reasonable amount of time. Take a step back and let people do their jobs... I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. P.S. Not a thing was damaged:):):)
