This company was dishonest with me from the beginning. The quote I was given was almost $400 less than what I was charged at pickup. At pickup I was charged ridiculous charges like extra stair fees (I was told the first flight of stairs was free by the person doing the estimate, but at pickup was informed that a flight of stairs is only 7 steps. Since my staircase was a normal size at 14 steps, I was charged 2 flights of stairs). I was also told that to get my stuff on the day I wanted it, they had to pick up two weeks in advance. Then on my requested delivery date I called the company wondering where my stuff was. I was told that my two weeks delivery time started from THAT day, not the day they picked up (so why would I get rid of my stuff two weeks prior)?! So on the day I thought my stuff would be delivered it was still in a warehouse and hadn't even left. Every time after that I called to see where my stuff was no one could tell me, and I was told to call back the next day. They ended up having my stuff for 3.5 weeks. Each time I called and spoke to someone I felt lied to and none of their "promises" to get my stuff to me came true. Stay away from using this company.
