BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Mark and Maria are simply criminals. At first, I had the typical problems with these movers. They were late, on their phones, not working, rude, etc. It took them 5 hrs to load a 2 bd apt. Then I couldn't have imagined what happened when they arrived at my new home. It was nearly midnight and the one mover said I had to sign a sheet and then wanted 2X more than they quoted me or they would leave. I was short $17, offered to go to an ATM, but before that could happen they DROVE OFF with everything!! I involved the police but its a civil matter and spent the next FOUR days trying to track down and have my things delivered. Mark and Maria both said my belongings were "in their warehouse" but wouldn't provide an address. The amount of cash they requested day to day ranged from $300 to $700 to $1,000! In the end, I hired new movers and picked up my things at THEIR OWN PERSONAL RESIDENCE. If this happens to you, they are located at Kenwell and Linnet in Dallas and their gate has a big letter M on it. Mark and Maria also operate under the names "Boss Moving", "B in Texas, "Extreme Home Movers DFW" among others.
