I work for a company that has me relocate around the country a lot. In 4 years I have moved 3 times, and have had some of the worst experiences of my life with picking scam moving companies (my price doubling at the time of pick up, month late deliveries, damages, missing belongings) so this time around I was very careful when picking a mover, I did a lot of research online, checked with the BBB and with other customer reviews helped me make my decision. After all of my research I decided on using Household Van Lines because they have a great reputation online. I called the office and spoke with the sales guy, we went through a very detailed list on what I was moving, what kind of packing I was going to need done, covered everything. He gave me a great price and binding based on my inventory. He explained as long as that is what went on the truck; I wouldn’t pay a penny more. They held true to that because I didn't pay a penny more at all. We talked at length and made sure we covered all of the details of my move. Pickup was wonderful as was delivery, the crews worked professionally and very fast yet took great care of my belongings. They delivered timely and just made my move a great experience. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
