1. Hurricane Movers has been cheating customers with moving cost. I was given a written binding estimate of guaranteed flat rate by Hurricane Movers, but they forced us to pay $505 extra to have our shipment unloaded. 2. Hurricane Movers is unreliable and unprofessional. Many of our furniture were damaged severely and lots of our shipments were lost. 3. Hurricane Movers conspire with Anthem Claim Management LLC to cheat customers so the customers sign Release and Settlement of Claim but never receive the settlement Check.
