1. Hurricane Movers Inc gave me a written binding estimate of a guaranteed flat rate $1800. Upon pick up, they didn't inform me any price change, but when my shipments were all in their control, they forced us to pay $2285 to have our shipments unloaded. (Before paying the driver, we had the driver signed the statement explaining that we were forced to pay extra against binding estimate.)
2. Many of our furniture were damaged and 4 boxes of shipment were lost. They asked us to file a claim with Anthem Claim Management LLC, and we did so and kindly accepted the settlement proposal for the lost and damaged items, but never received the settlement check. They are so unreliable and unprofessional and do not want to take any responsibility to compensate customers for their bad business conduct.
