This company is so dishonest. They substantially underestimated the cost of my move despite providing them with a detailed inventory and measurements. They don't tell you the actual cost of the move until your items are loaded on the truck and you have no recourse. They underestimated my move by $750 and this was only a one bedroom apartment. The movers blame the company, the company blames the sales people, and no one takes accountability.
They made me change my delivery date to be more convenient for them and when I did they failed to deliver my items in the 4 hour window THEY imposed. The showed up at 10pm on a Sunday night and said they had to move my stuff off the truck or I would be charged for storage.
This is the WORST moving company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have moved 8 times in the past 10 years and never had as bad of an experience as this.
Save yourself considerable grief and avoid Infinity.
