When we decided to move to Houston we chose Inifinty, what a big mistake that was. On the day of our move one of the movers Sam said our stuff would be here on 4/6, we called to confirm that and was told that was incorrect and no one should have told us that. Then we're told 4/12, guess what, not going to happen either as one of their trucks was broken.(not my problem) I called "Nick" the salesman and he said give him a few hours and I'll get back to you.(which he never did) Guess since they have half our money no need to worry since "the contract states up to 21 days which it what they've decided to go with as for delivering my stuff. it's now been 3 weeks since I moved(move out date 3/30) and today 4/17 they day they're supposed to come I get a call from the driver telling me that he's having truck problems and won't be here until tomorrow. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called dispatch to find out a date and when I explained my situation I was told " I understand how you feel but the contract states 21 days" GUESS WHAT FELLAS, YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. When your sleeping on a air mattress and have nothing for 3 weeks then come back to me and tell that you understand. This company has been nothing but a headace to me. I was told 4/6 for delivery then 4/12,4/17 and now 4/18. When I questioned as to why it was taking so long(I drove here and it only took me 2 days) first the truck was coming back from Texas, then it was a mechanical problem with the truck and again it's an issue with the truck. TO ALL OF YOU THAT IS READING THIS REVIEW, SAVE YOURSELF AND LOOKING FOR A REAL MOVING COMPANY LIKE "MAYFLOWER OR VAN LINES. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY.
