This is the first review I have ever written for a service so bare with me. My husband Anthony and I just had our second and we decided to leave New York and move to Florida. I was getting a little overwhelmed because we were selling the house, closing on the new house in Florida, and taking care of the baby at the same time. I didn’t want to have the move on my shoulders as well so we decided to use a full service moving company.
When Eugene from Infinity Moving called me, I didn’t even know which questions to ask him. I have NEVER used a moving company before so I was very unprepared. I spend over half an hour on the phone with him as he explained every single little detail about the move to me (at the end of the conversation I felt like I could run my own moving company, he literally explain how the move was going to happen from start to finish). When the movers came they wrapped and loaded everything in under 7 hours, I thought it was going to take them the entire day because I was moving a full three bedroom house. The final price came very close to the estimate (it was actually a few dollars under). They put everything into storage for me and I kept it there for 2 months because I still needed to close on the house in Florida. They delivered everything in the exact time frame they gave me, and when they unloaded everything and set it up in the new house I was so relived because there wasn’t a scratch on ANYTHING. Everything came back exactly the way it left. I had already told my sister to move with them; and if I ever move again they are the only company I would trust to take my things. I would like to thank John, Avi, and Eugene for answering all of my questions, keeping in touch with me throughout the entire move, and making this hectic time of my life so much easier.
