I have used Infinity several times over the last 5 years. They have moved me within New York City, along the East Coast, and most recently internationally. Their service has been excellent. The staff is helpful, reassuring and attentive. The prices are fair and they have always been absolutely clear about all charges.
Pickups are always early. For example, if they say they will show at 9am to pick up, most likely they will show up around 8 to 8:30. The crews are extremely efficient and helpful. They helped me pack my clothing exactly as I wanted. For my furniture, they protected the couches perfectly. In all, everything was superb.
Infinity is also flexible which I found helpful. For my most recent international move, I needed pickup and delivery within a small time frame (2 weeks). Infinity was able to work around my schedule and everything was perfect. They even arranged to pick me up and take me to customs once I was international to clear my shipment.
I definitely will use Infinity again for my next move and would recommend all my family and friends.
