Thank you for the successful completion of our move yesterday (#83511) from Belvidere, NJ to East Elmhurst, NY. I wanted to take this opportunity to put in writing a letter of commendation for the excellent job done.
Under the coordination of Jose, your men arrived well within the window promised; they worked diligently to complete the loading in Belvidere, and were most professional, cooperative, and pleasant throughout. They were timely in their move to the Queens delivery point, and efficient in the final delivery and placement to the materials.
In all, I was amazed they had completed their work in the time they did. I had expected to have a much longer day, and was pleasantly surprised to find we were done in a more than reasonable time frame. They knew their travel directions well, and were most attentive to the details necessary to complete the task at hand.
Please be sure to commend them on a job well done. If we have similar needs in the future, we would be sure to call Infinity Moving again. We also appreciate your continual availability and response whenever our facilities contact, Jeffrey Andrejewski, needed to speak with you.
You are also to be commended on the final cost of the move being so close to the original estimate – definitely an asset of your astute business planning.
