Stolen and Damage goods

When we went to move our housing goods from Virginia to Texas. We signed a contract with United Van Lines. They hired Infinity Moving & Storage. The pick up was delayed & Contract was broken from the start. We had paid an additional fee for the moving company to go to a 2nd location. They claimed they never got the contract.... But yet they where there moving our stuff. They did not weigh the truck before pick up in our state. And weighed it again 3 states later. As well as they took it North back to their Headquarters. They originally told us our date was October 20th, My kids where do to move down October 28th. Our Stuff... didnt get to my house until November 2nd. So my kids where living at the house, with no clothes besides the ones in their suite case. No toys or anything. When there they repacked our goods, Took things OUT of boxes and wrapped in paper. Glass objects, pictures, etc. My $2,500 sofa set which was brand new. Came to us damaged and missing part of it. Ie; the frame of both love seat and sofa where cracked. The legs where broken, the material was stained or cut, and to top it all off.... they LOST our cushions to the entire set. So now I can not use my sofa set. The total of damage or stolen goods come in between $7-$10k. When we filled our settlement. We filed with United Van Lines... THE HIRED COMPANY. They put the blame on Infinity Moving and Storage. We contacted John who I am told now no longer works with the company. So now we are dealing with the claimed to be General Manager named Ross. So we filed the claim within the week once we unpacked everything so we could figure out what we where missing.... Throughout the entire process they said we would get a settlement for our damaged and stolen goods... they sent us a letter stating that we where not getting a penny. Nothing for the 25 missing boxes... my china, my kids stuff... NOT A PENNY. Oh yeah and on delivery day... they wanted to try and charge me for an additional 2,500 dollars. Or they would not deliver my goods. When we pulled the contract they knocked it off a bit, then we refused to pay it, so they brought it back down to the original agreed amount. Not only have they lied to the BBB, but they also fraudulently charged our bank $1,200 dollars... AND WILL NOT PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION STATION THEY WHERE AUTHORIZED TO DO SO!!! The current result to this as of 5 minutes ago was that they did not want to reopen my claim, and I will continue to push my lawsuit with them.... For anyone who reads this. I would expect to hear about this on the Radio, and Major Newspapers. ****DO NOT USE EITHER UNITED VAN LINES OR INFINITY MOVING & STORAGE****
