The contact person there - Maya - was really nice from the beginning - I cannot say she wasn't. However, she told me the company would give me a call the day before the pick up with a time frame for when the movers would arrive. I emailed her, 2 days before, called her 2 days before, 1 day before left her many messages - movers never called. I waited until the day for pick up (thought maybe they would call me in the morning)....they called me at 4pm - which I told them I had to be moved out by 5pm. By that time I had already rented another company since I had to be moved out. Not professional to call a customer by 4pm on the pick up date...they did say they will refund my deposit money - however I do not recommend them to anyone.
