As a former military man, I have been moved many times. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I drove from Florida to Texas to meet the movers. Scheduled move date was 8/4/14. Back update was 8/5/14. On 8/4 at 3:00 pm I received a call from the movers to confirm my move for the back up day 8/5 between 3:00-5:00pm. On 8/5, no body showed up. After repeated calls to Infinity, with no answer I finally got a hold of someone. They said my move was scheduled for 8/6 between 3:00-5:00, that I must have wrote down the wrong date. Bull. I told them I had to get back to Florida and could not wait here forever. I then talked to dispatch supervisor, she guaranteed me that they would be there at 0800 on 8/6, so I could get on the road to Florida. 8/6 arrived, no movers show up again. This was the 3rd no show. After numerous unanswered calls again to the movers, a driver called me and said he would be there in the evening. He said he was a independent driver and infinity did not make his schedule. The driver then said he would have been there 8/5, but his truck was in the shop. Lies, lies, lies. First they said I had the wrong date, now I find out the truck was broken, then they will be there on 8/6 at 0800, then no show again. I asked for my $753.00 deposit back. They said no refund because I cancelled the move. I didn't cancel the move, they gave me 3 dates, and never showed up. Finally they agreed to refund deposit and said it wouLd,be mailed on 8/7. On 8/11, I called Infinity and they said check was mailed on 8/11. On 8/15, I still had no check. Called movers again, they said the check was returned for some reason and said they would send another check. 8/19, no check, called movers again. Now they say there check writing machine is broke. Give me a break. Lies, lies, lies. I wish I had read the other review of this company before I scheduled a move with them. This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Stay Away from Infinity Van Lines.
