Hello,
They picked up our furniture 4 days late we had to stay out (thats ofcourse non of their business) they ASKED for $150 tip, they damaged our Crate and Barrel wooden desk while packing (ofcourse after giving them the tip). They loaded furniture on truck WITHOUT my consent. Then they never called us back and kept our furniture in some STORAGE for which THEY CHARGED us $500. We had to live 3 weeks with out our furniture (where? thats ofcourse not their concern) Then they are delivering the furniture NOW at 9.40 PM. The DRIVER is so rude that when asked to come early in the morning he said "I am taking your stuff, you deal with my company"
We had moved 3 years back from Chicago to Florida which was a no hassle move and this one is nothing but hassle hassle and hassle.
WILL NOT EVER USE IT AGAIN, even for FREE !!!
