The never called back unless they want to and they make promises to show up but then not show up. They charged extra on fly when the item was very specific (a pool table). And then try to get to pay in cash before final setup. They damaged walls. They didn't have enough guys. They promised to setup but didn't follow through. Not happy overall. The only good thing was the delivery guys were friendly and trying hard. They were subcontracted and had poor information. Not doing that again. No way to contact the office during a weekend delivery and the dispatch is a separate entity but they never mention that until they finally call. The insurance choices are poor. I the break it you may not get much back and still not clear if they are going to fix damages.
