Great customer service. The receptionist was professional and always managed to connect me to the same helpful representative. I almost went with another company with a lower price, but Josh helped me match the quote. They arrived a few hours later than I expected, but that was ok. They packed the truck much quicker than I imagined--in by 1 out by 4:45. They even made a second pick up at the storage unit, which only mildly upped the price since I absent mindedly forgot to tell them about it. They were understanding and gave me a fair price.
