THIS COMPANY IS A MOVER SCAM!! The company we called was Blue Line Van Lines, but the movers that showed up were Jet Blue Van Lines. We also payed money to another company called DDT Movers. BEWARE OF ALL OF THESE COMPANIES.
They will tempt you with a low-ball estimate and then you will end up paying over double their estimate cost. When they came to pack our things they were very rude to our neighbors. They pulled up their rental van in an area that was supposed to be a walkway, not a parking spot. The neighbor asked them to move their van and they yelled at an old lady.
We packed our own boxes but let them pack the big furniture. They didn't properly pack our desk and when we received our stuff, the desk was completely ruined. They destroyed a sturdy night stand that my father had built and they stole my XBOX One which was inside the original box.
They couldn't give us a clear answer on our delivery date, basically saying that it will arrive whenever they felt like it. They purposefully mislabel items on the Bill of Lading so that they aren't responsible for a missing XBOX because it was never labelled as such. When they finally arrived to deliver our things, they were throwing boxes and furniture off of the van. Every piece of furniture has been significantly damaged or destroyed from this move.
We write this review because we hope that others will not make the same mistake.
