There was a lot I didn't like about Jordan River Moving and Storage but the thing that bothered me the most was that they picked up two guys off the road who work for the local cable company, whom I had seen around town for the last week working on the phone/cable lines, to help unload my truck when it finally showed up. I knew it was the same two guys because they were still wearing their reflective vests and hard hats and the truck they drove away in had the cable company painted on the side of it. I don't know how it can get more unprofessional then that. But to be honest, compared to the two guys who showed up an hour after everyone else was gone and said they were supposed to help unload the truck, I would rather have the cable guys in my house. This is not nearly the extent of unprofessionalism that I experienced with this company but hopefully this alone will be enough to deter anyone else from having to go through the same experience. I would not recommend or use this company again.
