Consumers beware! Don't use King Arthur Moving!!! My "binding" contract was for $2660. By some magic of theirs the price shot up to over $5,000. The packers arrived 6 hours late. This company obviously has some financial problems as they couldn't even accept a credit card because their merchant priviledges had been revoked. They kept telling me to deposit cash into their account before they would move my goods. When my things finally arrived, along with the nastiest driver I have ever met, he insisted that I pay cash before they could unload. The boxes are not all unpacked yet but we have found so many things that are broken and absolutely ruined. Heavy boxes had been stacked on top of boxes marked "fragile", furniture is heavily scratched and broken, and on and on. STAY AWAY from this company.
